그린공급망관리(GSCM)의 도입요인이 실행 및 경제적 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인

Effect of Adoption and Practice of Green Supply Chain Management(GSCM) on Economic Performance

본 연구는 그린공급망관리(GSCM)의 도입요인이 GSCM 실행 및 경제적 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이 목적이다. GSCM 도입, GSCM 실행 및 성과에 관한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하였다. GSCM 도입요인에는 환경규제, 경쟁업체, 공급업체, 시장 환경, 조직 환경 등으로 분류하였고, 경제적 성과는 긍정적 성과와 부정적 성과로 분류하였다. 이러한 GSCM 도입요인이 GSCM 실행 및 경제적 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 GSCM을 도입한 96개 기업을 대상으로 Smart PLS 2.0과 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 실증연구를 수행하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 환경규제, 경쟁업체, 공급업체, 조직 환경이 GSCM 실행에 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 시장 환경은 GSCM 실행에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, GSCM 실행은 긍정적 경제적 성과 및 부정적 경제적 성과에 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 GSCM을 도입하려는 기업과 GSCM을 도입한 기업에게 긍정적 경제적 성과와 부정적 경제적 성과에 따라 어떠한 전략을 수립해야 하는가에 대한 실무적인 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing economic performance of adoption and practice of Green Supply Chain Management(GSCM). This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to GSCM adoption, GSCM practice, and economic performance. GSCM adoption have been classified as environmental regulation, supplier, competitor, market environment, and organizational environment. And economic performance have been classified as positive and negative economic performance. The proposed model is analyzed to target 96 manufacturing firms. Smart Partial Least Square(PLS) 2.0 have been utilized for deriving the study results. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, environmental regulation, supplier, competitor, and organizational environment positively influence GSCM practice. But market environment does not influence GSCM practice. Second, GSCM practice positively influence positive and negative economic performance. The results of this study will provide various implications to improve economic performance, GSCM adoption and GSCM practice.
