This study purposes to figure the relationship between hotel personnel policy and job satisfaction of hotel employees and proposes the importance of the personnel policy for hotel enterprises to achieve targets through the analysis results between two factors. And it bring up a suggestions according to the relationship between personnel policy and job satisfaction, analyzes the difference in work satisfaction depending on the working departments, then proposes personnel policy application measures for the important labor management in the hotel management. The summarized results are as follows. First of all, the factors of welfare, relationship with coworkers, future possibility of development and training to employees which are the personnel policies of the hotel personnel management showed to have positive effects to customer satisfaction statistically. Second, according to the results to find whether work satisfaction is shown depending on the working departments, it had attentive direction statistically. That is departments where directly meets customers including rooms, food and beverage had lower job satisfaction than personnel, finance, marketing and facility departments.
