지방공기업의 조직효과성 영향요인의 분석

An Analysis of the Determinants of Organizational Effectiveness in Local Public Enterprises -Focused on the Comparison of Profit and Nonprofit Department in SFMC-

본 연구는 통계적 검증을 통해 국내 최대 지방공단인 서울특별시시설관리공단의 조직효과성을 분석하고 의미 있는 결정요인으로 판명된 결정변수가 조직효과성에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는가를 파악하고자 하였으며, 조사대상인 서울특별시 시설관리공단의 비수익사업부서와 수익사업부서간 조직효과성에 미치는 결정요인 변수의 의미성과 영향력이 어떻게 차이가 나는지를 파악 하고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 서울특별시시설관리공단의 대표적 수익사업부서 5개소와 지원 부서를 포함한 5개소 비수익사업부서에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하고, 필요한 자료를 수집하였으며, 이 자료를 근거로 하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 조직효과성에 미치는 결정요인의 영향력을 규명하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 조직효과성을 종속변수로 하고 조직효과성 결정요인을 4개의 변수와 독립변수로 17개를 선정하였다.

This study attempted to analyze organizational effectiveness of Seoul Metropolitan Facilities Management Corporation, the largest local public enterprise in Korea, through statistical verification, and examine how much conclusive variables that are found to be decisive factors affect organizational effectiveness. It also aimed to understand the difference between significance and influence of decisive variables of non-profitable and profitable business departments on organizational effectiveness. 5 major profitable business departments of the Seoul Metropolitan Facilities Management Corporation and 5 non-profitable business departments, including the support department, were subjects of a survey, and necessary material was collected, and statistical analysis of the material was carried out. Multiple regression analysis was used to clarify influence of decisive factors on organizational effectiveness. Organizational effectiveness was set as the dependent variable and 17 independent variables were set as decisive organizational effectiveness factors.
