Search and Dissemination of Best Programs of the 'Career Development Center of female College Students'

Ⅰ. 서론 1. 연구목적 ○ 여성가족부는 2003년부터 올해까지 8년째 여대생커리어개발센터지원 사업을 추진해오고 있다. 이 사업은 대학에 재학 중인 여대생들의 성 인지적 관점에 서 조기 진로개발과 취업을 지원함으로써 대졸 여성 청년층의 취업난을 완화하고 궁극적으로 대졸 여성인력의 경제활동참여를 촉진하려는 목적을 가지고 있다. - 2011년 현재 25개 대학은 센터 지정, 7개 대학에 대하여는 프로그램운영 사업을 지원하는 등 총 32개 대학이 여대생커리어개발과 취업지원을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. ○ 이제 여대생커리어개발센터는 고학력 여성들의 초기 진로개발과 노동시장으로의 원활한 진입과 유지를 위한 지원기구로서 여성가족부의 주요 추진체계로 자리매김하고 있어 프로그램의 질적 제고가 절실히 요구되는 단계이다. ○ 본 연구는 이러한 점을 배경으로 현재 운영되고 있는 여대생커리어개발센터의 프로그램 중 여성가족부의 전체 사업방향과 취지에 부합하면서 체계화된 개발 프로세스를 통하여 운영되고, 사업의 효과가 높다고 판단되는 프로그램을 발굴하고 확산할 수 있는 방안을 강구하고자 한다.

Ministry of Gender Equality and Family has carried out a project to support the 'Career Development Center of female College Students since 2003. This project has been to support female college students' early career development with gender-sensitive perspective, easy transfer from college to labor market, and eventually economic activities by removing the barriers in their job-seeking. This study is to find out the best practices among the programs of the 'Career Development Center of female College Students' implemented in 2010, and to disseminate them to the other universities across the nation. Programs are classified into 5 types of contents: gender sensitivity improvement program, job related capacity training program, course of study related to career and job, mentoring program, and individual-basis support program. 17 programs from 13 college centers are finally selected as best practices through recommendations by researchers of each college center, and several steps of evaluations by the career development-related experts. Finally selected programs have been introduced with the following respects: background and purpose, specific contents of each session, strategies for implementing program, characteristics as best practices, and outcomes with evaluation and comments for further improvement.
