A Study on the System for Recommending the SNS Personal Connections Utilizing the Big Data

Nowadays, the number of people who are using the Social Networking Service (SNS) is well over 1.5 billion around the globe, and people are managing their personal relationships on the SNS. As such, the SNS has become an indispensable thing for general people in many ways. In this paper, a personal connections package suitable for a person's needs is recommended as prepared by extracting information from both the structured data and unstructured data available from the SNS through utilizing the Big Data technologies that are emerging as the most significant ones these days. This system is helpful in recommending a personal connections package conveniently with the information that is extracted not only from the data provided by the existing structured data but also from those provided by the unstructured data.
