글로벌 창의모델학교 운영 및 개선방안에대한 관련집단의 인식 분석

The Analysis of Relevant Group's Perception on the Operation and Improvement Way of Global Creation Model School

본 연구의 목적은 대구광역시교육청에서 운영하고 있는 글로벌 창의모델학교 운영 및 개선방안에 대해 관련집단의 인식을 조사ㆍ분석하여 글로벌 창의모델학교 운영의 내실화를 모색해보는 것이다. 교육국제화특구로 지정된 달서구와 북구의 1,658명(초ㆍ중학교 교원 861명, 학부모 396명, 학생 401명)을 대상으로 조사ㆍ분석하여 나타난 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영어중심의 글로벌 창의모델학교 운영에 대해 관련집단은 긍정적인 인식을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 글로벌 창의모델학교의 영어프로그램, 교육과정 편성ㆍ운영, 예산 등에 대해 관련집단은 비교적 긍정적인 인식을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 글로벌 창의모델학교 영어프로그램의 효과에 대해 관련집단은 비교적 긍정적인 인식을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 글로벌 창의모델학교 개선방안가운데 교원의 수업시수 감축, 교육과정 운영의 자율성, 지원인력 확보, 글로벌교육(교류)센터, 영어체험기회 확대 등에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 보이나, 승진 가산점 부여에 대해서는 다소 낮은 긍정적 인식을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 글로벌 창의모델학교 운영 내실화를 위한 시사점 및 제언이 논의되었다.

The purpose of the study is explore the substantiality of global creation model school surveying and analyzing relevant group's perception on the operation and improvement way of global creation model school being operated by Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education. Using data from 1,658(861 elementary and middle school teachers, 396 parents, 401 students) cases, the study shows that relevant group has positive perception about operation centering English. And it shows that relevant group has positive perception relatively about English program, curriculum development and operation, and budget. Also it indicates that relevant group has positive perception relatively about the effect of global creation model school English program. And it indicates that relevant group has positive perception about reduction of teacher's teaching time, autonomy of curriculum operation, increase of supporting staff, global education (exchange) center, and enlargement of English experience opportunity among improvement ways of global creation model school, but the group has a little low positive perception about provision of promotion weight. Based on the results, suggestions and recommendations for the substantiality of global creation model school operation are discussed.
