영재인성교육 덕목 및 적용을 위한 방안탐색

Character Education for Gifted students

본 연구는 영재를 위한 인성교육 덕목을 도출하고, 이를 적용할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 영재인성교육을 위해서는 무엇보다도 영재들에게 요구되는 덕목이 무엇인지를 확인하는 작업이 우선되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 영재인성교육과 관련된 선행연구들을 개괄하여 인성요인, 덕목 등을 분석하였다. 선행연구 고찰 및 전문가 회의를 통해 영재인성교육 덕목을 구성하고, 이를 3개의 차원으로 나누었다. 각각의 세 가지 차원은 개인적 차원, 사회적 차원, 문제해결적 차원으로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 설정한 영재인성교육 덕목은 영재인성교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있음을 밝혔으며, 영재인성교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 방안을 제안하였다.

The main purpose of this study was to explore indicators on character education for gifted students in korea. In order to investigate the indicators, first, we focused on study for the character education, and then reviewed related articles. The results of this study are as follows. Using the indicators, we set up a systematic model that include three dimension : individual, social and problem solving. We expected that these indicators from this study would be useful for improving character education for gifted students. In addition, the indicators could be used for investigating the character education programs. In the future, other research should be conducted and develop program based on already designed indicator by this study.
