형성평가와 교사교육

Formative Assessment and Teacher Education

본 논문은 학습을 위한 형성평가가 전통적 평가에 대한 대안으로 주목받고 있는 이 때, 형성평가를 실행해야 하는 교사의 평가 전문성 함양을 위해 필요한 교사교육을 논의하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 첫째 형성평가가 재등장한 배경과 개념의 특징을 고찰하고 둘째 형성평가를 수업에서 실행하기 위한 원리와 절차에 대한 선행연구 분석을 통해 형성평가를 실천하기 위한 노력들을 살펴보았다. 이에 근거하여 우리 교사교육에 주는 시사점을 논의하였다.

In recent years formative assessment has been considered to be an alternative paradigm for the problems of the traditional assessment. This study was to discuss the teacher education for development of student assessment literacy to practice formative assessment into practice. To do this, first this study examines the development story and the concept of formative assessment. Second, this study investigates the researches of the guiding principles and procedures for practicing FA. Finally, this study explores the implications of the teacher education for practice of formative assessment in class.
