Young Chu Guangneurg(官能). it is describe the principle that be mainly used at acupuncture. First of all, It is focused when we use acupuncture, understand physiology of human body, Yin-Yang(陰陽), Han-Eul(寒熱 cool and hot), Heo-Sil(虛實) of disease, and then determine treatment either replenishing or reduction by acupuncture, and argue about method of acupuncture and replenishing and reduction. It is explained when the doctor treat disease, understand many situation to be avoided, and determine method of acupunctural treatment, and it is explained when invading pathogenic factor injure human body. many other symptoms are appeared in many other conditions, and emphasizes when the doctor cure patient, treatment in early stagy is very important. At last, it is explained in teaching pupils, grasp ability and personality, and then teach suitable technique, and never teach technique to inappropriate pupils. Concretely say that, in the first chapter, It is explained there are several preconditions in using acupuncture, that make.: treatment method be perfect, and that is possible, when physiology of human body and pathologenic mechanism are grasped. In the second chapter, continuing previous chapter, it is displayed that grasping principles of meridians in using acupuncture, and a few acupuncture methods with several examples. In the third chapter, it is explained when we use acupuncture, grasp timing and laws of earth and then determine treatment either replenishing or reduction, importance of early treatment, and explains about reinforcing or reducing by twisting and rotating needle. In the forth chapter, it explains about medical virtue, it is emphasized when he is capable about given duty, it is accomplished successfully , because of various congenital ability.
