A Study on the medical theories of Ka-kum(柯琴)

As above we observed all medical theories contained in 『Sang Han Lon Ik(傷寒論翼)』written by Ka-Kum(柯琴). His medical theories reflect all the Sang Han medical ideologies during his era, so his studies itself had much influences on those studying Sang Han medical ideologies. six channels system(六經) is a crucial part of 『Sang Han Zab Byung Lon(傷寒雜病論)』written by Jang Joong-Kyung(張仲景), therefore understanding the theories of six channels system(六經) is a must for understanding the medical theories of Ka-Kum(柯琴). so in this essay, we aim to make a conclusion based on the researches done by Ka-Kum(柯琴) and futhermore, hope to show the significance of The theories of six channels system(六經論) in Ka-Kum(柯琴)'s work. Ka-Kum(柯琴)'s work has the following influences on the scholars studing 『Sang Han Lon(傷寒論)』 1. In Ka-Kum(柯琴)'s studies, factual observations were made according to the fundamental oriental medical theory; the Um-Yang(陰陽), by systemically proving that 『Sang Han Zab Byung Lon(傷寒雜病論)』was based on the theories of 『Naegyeong(內經)』. 2. Ka-Kum(柯琴)'s studies showed that case-differenciation-model by six channels system(六經辨證體系) could be used in all clinical purposes by adopting a new ideologies of 『Sang Han Zab Byung Lon(傷寒雜病論)』and the ideas of six parts(六經地面說). 3. Ka-Kum(柯琴)'s studies established the concept of case-differenciation(辨證) through representing the relevance of six principal syndromes(表裏寒熱虛實) which are all regulated by the case-differenciation-model by six channels system(六經辨證體系).
