『諸病源候論』中 「風病諸候」上에 대한 연구

Jaebyungonehuuron(諸病原候論) is the one of a classics and concentrate the fruit of medicine before the age of Su(隋). This book state pathogenic factors and syndrome, and so this book is a technical book of etiology and pathology at the ancient time. This book development the theory of oriental medicine after the publication of Naekoung(內經), Nankoung(難經),Sanghaanjabboungron(傷寒雜病論). The study of this book will make progress in etiology and pathogenesis. This book is composed of 50 volumes, 67chapter, 1739 essay and contains internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatry, otorhinology. The contents of this book is build up by clinical experience for a long time. A disease and syndrome of wind(風病諸候) is composed of two volume. The contents of the first volume is CVA(中風), an aftereffect of a CVA, wind arthralgia(風痺), blood arthraigia(血痺), wind palpitation(風驚悸恐). The contents of the second volume is gout(歷節風), migratory pain of limb joints by wind(風身體疼痛), wind-cold(風冷),wind-heat(風熱), wind-Qi(風氣), depressive psychosis and mania(癲狂), wind vertigo(風眩), urticaria(隱疹), aversion to wind(惡風), leprosy(諸癩) An etiological factor of these syndrome are closely connected with pathogenic wind(風邪). It result from invasion of pathogenic wind at the state of the deficiency of Zang-Fu-Qi-Blood (臟腑氣血). There are some superstitious contents in this book and this book have been repinted many times since the original book publicated. Therefore there are many printer's error and omissions or adds in this book. So in this part we study a woodblock-printed book of successive generation and view of annotators, and add adding notes, adjustment, translation to exact comprehension of the original text.
