Future ICT-based medical devices are constantly evolving information and communication technologies. It is expected to contribute the expansion of export-related equipments with remote medical technology to oversea. In this paper, we take a look at the legal requirements of tele-medicine for improving regulatory in the current law to investigate the matter.
