AHP를 활용한 테러위험성 체크리스트에 관한 연구

A Study on the Terror Risk Checklist Using AHP

본 연구는 테러로부터 안전한 생활을 위한 테러예방과 관리의 목적으로 국가정보원에서 개발된 회사ㆍ사업장 테러 자기진단 체크리스트를 AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process)의 정량적 의사결정 기법을 이용하여 항목별 가중치를 평가한 연구이다. AHP설계는 테러예방의 조건을 기본으로 가중치를 결정하고 중요도를 평가하였으며, 요인에 속한 세부 항목들에 대한 중요도를 평가하도록 하여 진행하였다. 아울러 검증 신뢰도를 높이고자 SD(Semantic Differential Method)기법 설문 결과를 적용하여 이중분석을 실시하였다. 이는 테러진단 체크리스트의 정성적 평가의 오류를 최소화 시키고 공간과 시설을 효과적으로 평가함으로 정확한 상황 판단과 객관적인 의사결정으로 더욱 국민의 안전을 강화하며, 테러예방에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study evaluates Company, Business Self-diagnosis Checklist for Terror; developed by the National Intelligence Service, in order to prevent and control Terror by using the quantitative decision making techniques of AHP (Analytic Hierachy Process). AHP was so designed that a weight was decided on, based on the conditions of terror prevention, and importance was evaluated, and the importance of subcategories of factors was evaluated. Besides, in order to increase test reliability, double analysis was made through the application of survey results by using SD(Semantic Differential Method) technique. This is expected to contribute to the Terror prevention, which can strengthen Terror diagnosis checklist owing to the minimization of an error in quantitative decision making in the public safety development and also owing to the effective evaluation of the public space developed.
