Development Plan for Industrial Security under the Changing Pattern of Terrorism in the Age of SNS

최근 들어, SNS를 통해 개인정보는 물론이고 산업보안 유출까지 심각한 문제들이 대두되고 있다. 이는 국가나 기업들이 정보유출에 대한 중요성을 간파하지 못하고, 정보보호에 대한 인식부족과 전문인력 부재, 예산부족 등의 이유로 안일하게 대응한 결과이다. 매번 유출관련 범죄 발생시 대응책을 마련하고는 있지만, 실상은 전시행정에 머무르고 있는 실정이어서 실효성을 기대하기는 어렵다. 이에 국가와 기업들은 정보유출의 가장 큰 부분을 차지하고 있는 전ㆍ현직 근로자에 대한 체계적인 관리와 통제를 할 수 있는 별도의 전담기구 등을 마련해야 하며, 또한 빅데이터 형식으로 이루어진 유출이 대부분이기에 이를 예방할 수 있는 기반ㆍ제반 시설의 보안을 강화할 수 있도록 민ㆍ관협력체계가 반드시 구축되어야 할 것이며, 무엇보다도 가장 중요한 것은 관련 담당자들의 보안인식을 재정립하여야 할 것이다.

Recent development in the social network services and related technology is giving rise to breach in security of personal information and industrial technology. This is a result of governments and corporation failing to understand the critical nature of information leakage, and poor response caused by a lack of awareness on information protection, professional resources, and funding. Every time data leaks responses are put forth merely for display to the public, and lacks effectiveness. Governments and corporations must create organizations to manage and control their former and current employees who account for most of the data leak cases, while creating a mechanism to enhance cooperation between the private and government sectors to strengthen data infrastructure, as most information leaked is in the form of big data. The most important thing, however, is to restructure the awareness for security managing the data.
