In this paper, we provide the health calendar application for the regular visit patients. By developing the application for chronic disease patients that need to regular visits to the hospital in a calendar format, visit date, time to take medicine and records on variation-matters compared to the previous visit will be checked, and also this application will show the graph to be easily grasped at a glance.
