The emergence of the latest developments and latest medical technology, medical devices, and also in th e hospital with the development of increasing therapeutic efficacy of patient medical information, readmissio n rate of the disease, the incidence rate has been lowered again. Thus, each hospital may be to re-estimat e the incidence rate of the disease, based on the hospital, data for patients admitted to hospital readmission rate expected. Thus, in this paper, based on these points and to understand the USA data based on hospital data for the United States to predict readmission rate (Readmission Rate). Experimental method analysis fro m traditional data for predicting the readmission rates by grouping (Classification) technique of K-NN classifi cation scheme based on the USA data. In accordance with experimental results, the ratio between the predi cted and expected readmission rate of data and hospital readmission rates exceeds the data was available o n the data values proportional to increase in accordance with the respective values, according to the conve ntional analytical techniques applied were able to see the data and the difference in classification technique s.
