In this paper, we proposed the new algorithm that improves the contrast of the image. Generally, the image with bad contrast has a narrow dynamic range of gray values. So, we segmented that area of image using the K-means cluster algorithm. After that, we improved the dynamic range of each segment using INT method. As a result, we can get good contrasted image.
