Case Study on Communicated Environment With Customer Using Social Media

Social media has emerged as a new communication paradigm. Accordingly, companies are conducting a marketing strategy using social media has been used as customer analytics and advertising. At the same time they communicated with customers quickly and easily through Social Network Service. But We found some examples that they are usually focused on profit, not customer. So in this paper we analyzes the successful cases which is related to the built environment with the right customer communications using social media , rather than to prioritize cautious approach with the correct understanding and to suggest the correct way to communicated with customers.
