These days by the increase and increase in single households divorce rate, and the case of women living alone, have been increasing households living between women. Such conducted on households of the above-mentioned women with social environment, is also increasing crime. In this paper, we want to deviate from the subject of crime and to develop a voice modulator through the Ado~uino for furniture our women as a target of crime. In the development method, first, the house using an ultrasonic sensor to detect the suspicious person outside the crime, by using the Ado~u Ino based voice modulator through a wave shield and a microphone, female voice and male is modulated in a similar voice and voice, it is a method to disguise as if the man in the house. It was possible to output an SD card wav files and sound modulated with his voice with speaker mounted on the rest waves in this study.
