Smartphone users is increasing rapidly because various smartphone released and popularity. in this paper, we develop University promotional smartphone application for communication between Students. This application consist of school information, campus life, president's greeting message of university, Eulji Talk and others. It's possible to send File, Photo and etc through Chatting(Eulji Talk). Eulji Talk is to be a role about Communication between Students. also They can know information about Department major, Fair and etc Through this. Anyone can easily get information about university through SmartPhone.
