The purpose of this study is the relationship factor analysis of the retailer and its suppliers and how they can get balance in a long term. The results of this study is that when retailers use non-compulsory means of power, can be raised the supplier s confidence, satisfaction and long-term orientation of the retailer. In the case of compulsory means of power, when the retailer use it more, the report showed that there is no significant impact on the supplier s confidence to the retailer, but satisfaction and long-term orientation come to a declining in influence, while satisfaction has an increasing influence on a long-term orientation and the report showed that trust has no significant impact on long-term orientation. Therefore, the retailer may regulate the kind of power with suppliers appropriately and increase communication. Actively resolving issues when conflicts occur will increase the significant impact on both parties.
