Study Ordinary People's Rape Myths Difference with Sexual Offenders

이 연구는 성범죄자와 일반인을 대상으로 강간 통념의 인식 차이를 실증적으로 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 강간통념에 대한 개념을 정립하고 선행연구를 종합적으로 검토하여 실증적 연구를 위한 이론적 배경을 구축하였다. 강간통념에 대한 이론적 배경을 중심으로 조사연구를 설계하였으며 SPSS 15.0K를 활용하여 결과를 도출하였다. 강간통념에 대한 하위변수는 선행연구와 유사하게 피해자에게 책임 전가, 여성 행동에 대한 오해, 피해자 음란성으로 구성되었다. 조사 연구 결과 성범죄자와 일반인의 강간통념에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 강간통념에 대한 각 변수간의 차이에 대해 회귀분석 결과 피해자에게 책임 전가, 피해자 음란성유의 하였으나 여성 행동에 대한 오해는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 성범죄가 사회와 여성에게 영향을 미치는 것은 당연함에도 불구하고 지금까지 성범죄자에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 한편 강간통념에 대한 연구는 대부분 일반인을 대상으로 하였기 때문에 성범죄 및 성범죄자와 관련된 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구 결과를 통해 성범죄자의 강간통념에 대한 상태를 파악하여 향 후 관련 교육 등에 도움이 되었으면 한다.

This study allowed purpose to analyze difference positively about realization of rape myths to sexual predator and ordinary people. Designed investigation study laying stress on theoretical background about rape myths and SPSS 15.0 K and deduced result. Rank variable about rape myths about buck-passing, woman motion to sufferer similarly with virtue study misunderstand, was consisted of sufferer lewdnes. Rape myths are beliefs about sexual assault that wrought with problems. Some myths are just completely and blatantly untrue. What often happens is that beliefs surrounding circumstances, situations, and characteristics of individuals connected to rape are applied to all cases and situations uncritically. Myths exist for many historic reasons which include inherited structural conditions, gender role expectations, and the fundamental exercise of power in a patriarchal society. The best way to approach rape myths are to confront them honestly and frankly. Don't deny their existence and don't dismiss one ungrounded statement with another. Confronting rape myths sociologically means looking at the data and reevaluating knowledge in the face of social facts. What follows are a list of rape myths and the facts that bring those rape conceptions into question. They are not always conclusive but provide the ground work for continued research. As a result, ordinary people's rape common idea was expose that difference is with sexual predator. To sufferer according to regression analysis result about difference between angular variable about rape myths buck-passing, sufferer lewdness consecrated oil of do but misunder- standing for woman conduct was expose that do not keep in mind. Despite it is rightful that sex offense affects to society and woman, study about sexual predator has been very lacking real condition. On the other hand, because study about rape myths did mostly to ordinary people, necessity of study related to sex offense and sexual predator is brought. Therefore, I wished to help to connection education etc.. hereafter because grasp state about sexual predator's rape myths through this study finding.
