교사의 학습과 교사 창의성 교육에 대한 일고찰

A Study of Teachers' Learning and Teacher Creativity Education

이 연구에서는 교사의 학습 과정에 대한 이론 검토를 바탕으로 교사 창의성 교육에 대한 개선점을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교사 학습과정에 대한 발달론적 입장과 성인학습이론을 검토하여 교사 교육에서 고려해야 할 점을 목적 면과 내용 면에서 제시하였으며, 이를 기초로 과거와 현재의 교사 창의성 교육을 살펴보고 대안적인 교사 창의성 교육을 제시하였다. 과거의 교사교육에서는 지식과 기술의 전달만을 중요하게 다루고 수업실제의 문제를 고려하지 않아 수업에서 창의성 교육을 제대로 실시하는데 도움이 되지 못하였다. 이를 개선하기 위한 대안적인 교사 창의성 교육에서는 교사의 창의성을 고려한 교육이 요구되며, 교사 창의성의 요인으로 '영역 관련 지식', '창의성 관련 지식과 기능', '창의적 태도', '동기', '환경' 그리고 '리더십'을 제안하였다.

The aim of this study was review the teachers' learning process and recommend the direction of future teacher creativity education. For these objectives, the point of view of developmental theory and adult learning theory of teacher learning process were reviewed and we could find implications of the purpose and content of teacher education. In the past, because creativity education for teachers was focused on only delivering creative teaching methods and skills, it was hard to apply to classroom work. So it is necessary to alternative perspectives based on teacher creativity. The factors of teacher creativity are as follows; 'expertise', 'knowledge and skills of creativity', 'creative attitude', 'motivation', 'environment' and 'leadership'.
