창의ㆍ인성의 개념에 대한 교육목적론적 검토

Review on the Concept of CreativityㆍPersonality Based on Educational Purpose

이 글은 우리나라 교육이 지향하는 창의성과 인성의 논리적 관계에 대한 검토를 다루고 있다. 이를 위해 우선 현재 통용되는 창의성과 인성의 결합 어구 중, '창의적 인성'과 '창의ㆍ인성'에 대하여 입론과정과 용례의 한계를 살펴보고 있다. 이후 창의성과 인성이 교육의 본래적 지향으로서의 지적 탁월성과 도덕적 선에 상응하는 현대적 표현임을 드러내고, 이를 통해 창의성과 인성의 관계에 대한 해석의 한 단면을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore logical relationship between creativity and personality pursued in Korea's education. This study examines the concept of 'creative personality' and 'creativityㆍpersonality' among combined phrases of creativity and personality accepted in Korea's education currently, and then discusses the process of argument and limit of examples for those phrases. Also, this study suggests that the term, creativity and personality, means contemporary expression which corresponds to intellectual excellence and moral virtue as essential orientation of education. Also, this study. Based on the discussion, this study suggests a way of analyzing the relationship between creativity and personality.
