과학고 학생의 성격(16PF)이 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향

Research on Personality and Creative Personality of Science High School Students

본 연구는 과학고 학생들의 성격과 창의적 인성의 관계를 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 연구방법은 서울소재 과학고 1학년 학생(n= 99)을 대상으로 성격 검사와 창의적 인성 검사를 실시한 후 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성격의 하위요인인 중 높은 평균을 보인 요인은 자아강도, 자기통제, 도덕성, 실리성 순서였고 자책성 요인은 가장 낮은 평균점수를 보였다. 둘째, 성격 중 자아강도, 지배성, 대담성, 예민성, 공상성, 진보성은 창의적 인성과 정적상관을 보였고, 자책성은 부적상관을 나타냈다. 셋째, 성격 중 창의적 인성과 상관을 나타낸 요인만을 회귀 분석한 결과 공상성과 진보성이 유의미하게 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 학생들을 가르치거나 학생들과 작업 할 때 이러한 성격요인을 고려하면서 창의적 인성을 증진시킬 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 일반고 학생들과의 비교 연구 및 성별연구 등의 후속연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relation between personality factor and creativity personality of science high school students. The subjects were first year students (n=99) attending science high school located in Seoul, and this study analyzed correlation between personality and creativity personality for the subjects. The results of the study were as follows : First, the personality representing high mean were ego-strength, self-control, morality, and practicality, while guilty conscience represented the lowest mean among subfactors of personality. Second, the personality representing positive corelation were ego- strength, dominance, boldness, sensitivity, imaginativeness, and progressivity, on the other hand, the personality representing negative corelation was guilty conscience among sub-factors of personality. Third, the personality of influencing creativity personality were imaginativeness, and progressivity.
