특성화고와 일반고 학생의 창의적 인성과 회복탄력성의 관계

Comparisons of Creative Personality and Resilience of Specialized Vocational and General High School Students

본 연구는 특정 전문 분야의 교육을 실시하는 고등학교인 특성화 고등학교 학생들과 일반고 학생들의 창의적 인성과 회복탄력성을 비교하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울소재 특성화고(128명)와 일반고(128명)에 재학 중인 학생들이었다. 연구방법은 창의적 인성과 회복탄력성을 차이를 살피기 위해 상관관계와 변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의적 인성과 회복탄력성은 자기조절능력, 긍정성, 인간관계 모두에서 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 학교유형별 창의적 인성의 차이는 위험감수와 사고의 개방성에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 학교 유형별 회복탄력성의 차이는 인간관계와 회복탄력성 총점에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 창의적 인성의 전체에서는 학교유형별로 차이가 없지만 회복탄력성은 일반고 학생들이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 특성화 고등학교 학생들의 특성을 바탕으로 학생들을 가르치거나 학생들과 작업 할 때 학생들을 상담할 때 고려해야 할 점을 제언하였다. 마지막으로 특성화 고등학생들의 다양한 정의적 특성에 대한 연구와 성별, 학년별 비교를 다룬 추후 연구 필요하다고 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to compare creative personality and resilience of Specialized Vocational High School and General High School students. The subjects of this study were 256 students attending each school. Correlation and variance analysis were used as a research method to examine the differences between creative personality and resilience of each school students. The results of the study were as follows: First, creative personality and resilience had positive relationship with self-regulation ability, positivity, and interpersonal relations. Second, creative personality for each school students represented significant differences in risk tolerance and open-minded thinking. Third, resilience for each school students showed significant differences in the total score of interpersonal relations and resilience. In conclusion, there was not significant differences in creative personality between schools, however, the total score of resilience for General High School students was higher than that of Specialized Vocational High School students. Based on these results, implications, limitations and further research on the affective characteristics of Specialized Vocational High School students are suggested in this study.
