평생학습중심대학학습자의 참여동기와 학습지속의 관계에서 교육서비스질의 조절효과

The Moderating Effects of the Educational Service Quality between the Participative Motivation and the Learning Persistence of Lifelong Learning University Students

본 연구에서는 평생학습중심대학 학습자의 참여동기와 학습지속간의 관계에서 교육서비스질의 조절효과를 실증적으로 알아보는 것을 연구의 목적으로 설정했다. 이를 위해서 경기도지역의 평생학습중심대학 사업에 참여하는 대학의 학습자 300명을 대상으로 연구를 진행했다. 자료를 분석한 결과 평생학습중심대학 학습자의 참여동기와 학습지속의 관계에서 교육서비스질의 조절효과를 검증했으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평생학습중심대학 학습자의 참여동기가 학습지속에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인했다. 참여동기는 학습지속에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 활동지향 동기, 학습지향 동기, 목표지향 동기 순으로 영향을 주는 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째, 평생학습중심대학 학습자에게 제공되는 교육서비스질이 학습지속에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 교육서비스질의 하위변인 중 교수강의 영역과 학내외 활동 영역이 학습지속에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인했다. 마지막으로 평생학습중심대학 학습자의 참여동기와 학습지속의 관계에서 교육서비스질은 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 평생학습중심대학 학습자와 공급자인 교수, 운영주체인 대학의 관계를 중요하게 인식하고 학습을 지속하기 위해 어떤 교육서비스질을 제공할지에 대한 전략설계에 도움을 주었다는 시사점을 가진다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of the educational service quality between the participative motivation and the learning persistence of lifelong learning university students. Conducted in May, 2014, surveyed 300 students of lifelong learning university in Gyeonggi-do. The findings are summarized as follows. First, the participative motivation improves the learning persistence. Especially, the more increased the level of activity-oriented motivation, learning-oriented motivation, goal-oriented motivation. Second, the educational service quality has a meaningfully positive correlation with the learning persistence. Finally, it is analysed that the educational service quality has the moderating effect between the participative motivation and the learning persistence of lifelong learning university students. The result of the study suggests that there is importance of relationship between the lifelong learning university students, professor and university, that helped design the strategy for what you want to provide the educational service quality for continued learning. Some theoretical and practical implications are proposed.
