A Study on the Management Policy for Efficiency Management of A Study on Revitalization Plan for School-run Enterprise

This study is aimed at analyzing the status and problems of the school-run enterprise which is managed through its installation at a university, junior college and specialization high school, etc. and to suggest the revitalization plan for a solution to its problems. The school-run enterprise started with the aim of maximizing the effect of practical field practice of students' major subjects, inducing professors and teachers to do in-depth research on major subject, and making re-investment in education by contributing to the growth of industrial society and concurrently with profit creation by transferring the technology developed by a school-run enterprise. However, the growth potential of a school-run enterprise, at the point of time of full 10 years' elapse since its birth, has failed to produce satisfactory outcome. Accordingly, as a result of doing research on revitalization plan along with the problems in such a failing aspect, the plan for overcoming the uppermost limit as a school-run enterprise is suggested as the very revitalization plan for a school-run enterprise. As the revitalization of a school-run enterprise, this study suggested the composition of outside-expert-oriented initiators at an initial stage of a school-run enterprise establishment, training and scouting of a specialized CEO, OEM-method-based distribution structure improvement through the MOU through a promising small& medium industry, implementation of continuous consulting based on the government-designated incubation period, inclusion of a school-run enterprise in the government finance support program, and support of limited amount of educational expenditures for school accounting support money through the division by school level, and also suggested an improvement plan for motivation to be committed to productivity progress by resolving employment instability. The above mentioned revitalization plan and improvement plan will make it possible for a school-run enterprise to get out of the reliance on school registration fees for school finance securing plan and also to produce the synergy effect of resolving youth employment through job creation by training and producing talented individuals demanded by an enterprise on condition that a school-run enterprise should do its role with their best.
