레지오 에밀리아 프로젝트 접근법을 통한 대학생들의 지식 구성

Constructing the Knowledge of Students: Reggio Emilia Project Approach

본 연구의 목적은 레지오 에밀리아 프로젝트 접근법을 대학교육의 현장에 시행하여 대학생들이 어떤 지삭을 경험하고 어떻게 지식을 구성하는지를 탐색하는 젓이다. 본 연구의 대상은 D교육대학 2학년 학생 25명이며, 2014년 4월 2일부터 6월 14일까지 교직과목 수업에서 프로젝트를 실행하였다. 수강자 25명의 면접자를 대상으로 9월 20일까지 5개의 면접집단으로 서술적 질문, 구조적 질문, 대조적 질문을 하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 영역분석, 분류분석, 성분분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 대학생들은 프로젝트의 전과정을 통하여 협의와 협력, 몰입과 창의적 사고를 경험하였다. 둘째, 대학생들은 프로젝트 활동을 수행하면서 보다 깊이 있게 생가갛고 심층적인 지식을 얻었으며, 새로우 사실을 깨닫고 알게 되었다. 또한 기존의 인식이나 생각이 바뀌었고, 느낌이나 감정도 새로워지거나 더욱 강해졌다. 결론적으로 대학생들은 프로젝트 학습을 통하여 보다 명확하고 심층적인 지식을 새롭게 구성하며, 기존의 생각과 느낌 그리고 감정이 새로워지고 강해진다.

The purposes of this study are to find what students experience and how they construct the Knowledge by Reggio Emilia project approach. As a method of this study, Materials were collected and analyzed by qualitative method. Students were instructed by Reggio Emilia project approach in their subject from April to June. 25 students were selected as the informants and interviewed by 5 group. Findings were as follows : First, Students experienced cooperation, indulge and creative thinking through the whole process of Reggio Emilia project approach. Second, Students thought deeply, constructed the depth Knowledge and realized new facts by Reggio Emilia project approach. Also, Students' recognitions and thoughts were changed, their feelings and values were renewed and strengthened. In Conclusion, Students construct the depth and new Knowledge clearly, and their thoughts and feelings are changed, reinforced through the Reggio Emilia project approach.
