물류기업 종사자의 운송부문 물류안전 인식에 관한 연구

A Study on Employee’s Perception to Logistics Safety Related with Transportation in Logistics Company

본 연구는 운송부문을 중심으로 물류기업 종사자들이 물류안전에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 조사하여 물류안전에서 어떠한 요인이 중요한지를 분석하고, 직급, 종업원 수, 매출액 및 근무 경력과 같은 주요 특성별로 인식 차이가 있는지를 제시하고자 하였다. 선행연구를 토대로 운송부문의 물류안전을 측정할 수 있는 안전운송 실천, 운전자 관리, 운송수단 관리 및 안전운송 예방에 대한 측정지표를 도출하고, 물류기업 종사자를 대상으로 물류안전에서 어느 정도 중요한지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문분석은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성분석 및 일원분산분석(ANOVA)을 적용하였다. 연구 결과, 물류기업의 종사자들은 운송부문의 물류안전에 있어서 안전운송 실천을 가장 중요한 것으로 인식하고 있으며, 그 다음으로 운전자 관리, 안전운송 예방, 운송수단 관리와 같은 순서로 물류안전에서 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직급별과 종업원 규모에 따라서 안전운송 실천에서만 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 운전자 관리, 운송수단 관리 및 안전운송 예방에 대해서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 물류기업의 매출액 규모에 대해서는 운전자 관리만 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로 근무 경력에 대해서는 안전운송 실천, 운전자 관리, 운송수단 관리 및 안전운송 예방에 대해 모두 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

This study aims at analyzing the degree and importance of employee's perception to safety related with transportation in logistics company, and suggesting its implication for extending logistics safety activities. It investigates what extent employees in logistics company perceive logistics safety such as transportation safety practice, management of driver, management of means of transportation, and prevention of safety transportation subject to rank, number of employees, size of sales and career experience. To analyze the perception of logistics safety, not only was the survey to employees of logistics companies conducted, but factor analysis, reliability analysis and one-way ANOVA were applied. As a result, employees perceive that in the logistics safety the most important thing is transportation safety practice first of all, and the next important things are management of driver, prevention of safety transportation and management of means of transportation. The study indicates meaningful difference of perception to logistics safety is addressed as follows: rank and number of employees are shown difference in transportation safety practice only; size of sales is significant gap to management of driver only; and career experience has meaningful difference in transportation safety practice, management of driver, management of means of transportation, and prevention of safety transportation.
