많은 기업들은 급격한 환경변화에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 내·외부 환경변화에 적절히 대응하기 위해 기업들은 SCM과 같은 정보기술을 사용한다. SCM이 사용된 후, 기업들은 전체 공급망의 최적화 및 합리적 운영을 보이고 있고, 실제, 재고 감소 효율적 생산 등의 리포트를 하고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 정보역량으로 측정된 SCM 성과에 미치는 동적요인들을 도출하고 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 또한, 현재 SCM성과는 재무적, 비재무적, BSC, SCOR 등으로 측정되고 있지만, 각각의 방법론은 한계점을 가진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보활용역량, 정보관리역량, 정보이용역량으로 측정된 정보역량의 개념을 통해 SCM 성과를 측정하고자 한다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 커뮤니케이션 품질은 파트너십 품질과 정보역량에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 정보공유 또한 파트너십 품질과 정보역량에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로, 파트너십 품질도 정보역량에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 보였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 본 연구에서는 SCM 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 연구를 위해서 동적특성인 커뮤니케이션 품질 및 정보공유와 파트너십 특성요인이 정보역량으로 측정된 SCM 성과에 미치는 영향을 측정하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다 하겠다. 또한, 실무적 차원에서 볼 때 SCM 성과요인을 포괄적으로 제시함으로써, 향후 SCM 도입을 계획하고 있는 여러 업체들뿐만 아니라 SCM을 도입하였지만 기업 내/외부 자원을 효과적으로 관리하고 있지 못한 업체들에도 보다 유익한 관리 지침을 제공할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

Many Companies are faced with broad, dynamic and rapid changes. To better cope with the external and internal changes, corporations often utilize information technologies such as SCM. As SCM spread, companies started to show interest on optimization and rationalization of the total supply chain, and actually, companies adopted SCM report visible effects such as inventory reduction and efficient production. The objective of this study was to devise and empirically validate a model in which dynamic characteristics influence the success of SCM system as assessed by the Information Capabilities method. Moreover, the current SCM performance is being measured through financial researches, non-financial researches, BSC Methodology and SCOR Methodology etc., researches on SCM performance measurement are not sufficiently reviewed as each of the methodologies have limitations. There, SCM performance is to be measured in the information capabilities in this research. In this study, information capabilities were divided into three categories: ITP, IMP, IBV. The four factors examined in this study include communication quality, information sharing, partnership quality, information capabilities. The research model was analyzed by the structural equation modeling(SEM) technique, supported by SAS 9.13 and SMART-PLS 2.0. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, communication quality had a significant impact on partnership quality, information capabilities. Secondly, information sharing also had a significant impact on partnership quality, information capabilities. Lastly, partnership quality also had a significant impact on information capabilities.
