예비 유아교사의 유머감각과 교사 역할수행 인삭간의 관계 조사 연구

A Effect of Sense of Humor on Awareness of Role Performing Ability of Pre-Service Early Childhood Teachers by each grade

본 연구의 목적은 예비 유아교사의 유머감각이 교사역할수행 인식에 미치는 영향력을 알아보는 것이었다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 B대학교 유아교육과 학생 280명에게 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 예비 유아교사의 유머감각은 높은 편은 아니었으나, 학년이 올라갈수록 점수가 낮아지는 경향을 나타내었다. 둘째, 예비 유아교사의 학년별 유머감각과 교사 역할수행 인식간의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 유머감각은 교사 역할 수행 인식과 높은 정적상관관계(상관계수=.736, p<.01)를 나타내는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 특히 유머감각은 교사 역할수행인식의 하위영역 중에서 교육과정 설계자로서의 역할과의 상관관계에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 결과적으로, 본 연구를 통해 예비 유아교사의 유머감각은 학년이 올라갈수록 낮아지는 경향을 나타내기는 하였으나, 유머감각은 교사 역할 수행에 중요한 영향을 주는 변인임이 확인되었다. 따라서 유머감각은 예비 유아교사 교육과정에서도 의미 있게 다루어져야 할 요인임을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify relationship between sense of humor and awareness of role performing ability of pre-service early childhood teachers. For the study, First we identified sense of humor and role performing ability of pre-service early childhood teachers, and relationship of them. The subject of this study were 280 pre-service early childhood teachers of B university. The data were collected sense of humor and awareness of role performing ability through questionnaires and SPSS version 18.0 was used for statistical analysis. The results were as followed. First, sense of humor pre-service early childhood teachers were not high score but we need to attention that the more grade is higher, the more score is lower. Second, role performing ability of 1grade was highest and them of 3grade was lowest. Also, role as the curriculum designer was significant difference(p<.001) between 1grade and 3grade. Third, we identified that relationship between sense of humor and awareness of role performing ability of pre-service early childhood teachers was significantly positive correlation(coefficient of correlation=.736, p<.01). Especially, Sense of humor have significantly positive correlation in a relationship with role as the curriculum designer. Through this study, sense of humor was identified as the significant variable could effect on role performing ability and must be applied on curriculum for pre-service early childhood teachers.
