다문화 자녀 보육가정의 가족관계가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

The Effects of the Family Relationship on Satisfaction of Life in Multicultural Families with Child Care Services

본 연구는 보육시설 이용 자녀가 있는 다문화 가정의 가족관계가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하기 위해실시 되었다. 분석자료는 『2012년 전국다문화가족실태조사』를 활용하였으며, 분석방법은 다중회귀모형을 구축하여 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 통제변수로는 사회경제적 요인인 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 배우자 동거여부, 생활수준 등을 투입했으며, 독립변수는 사회적 관계요인인 사회적 네트워크, 사회적 차별 및 가족관계 만족도를 사용하였다. 연구결과 사회경제적 요인으로는 연령, 경제활동, 생활수준, 건강상태가 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 사회적 관계요인은 사회적 네트워크, 사회적 차별 모두가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 영향력 순으로 보면 가족관계 만족도(β=.324), 건강상태(β=.235), 생활수준(β=.149), 사회적 차별(β =-.081), 연령(β=.076), 사회적 네트워크(β=.045), 경제활동(β=-.038) 등이 상대적으로 큰 영향력을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석 되었다. 따라서 다문화 자녀보육 가정의 삶의 만족도 개선을 위한 사회복지정책 시행에서는 이와 같은 결과를 우선적으로 반영해야 할 것이다.

This study was done to investigate the effects of family relationship on life in multi-cultural families with child care services. The data were collected through “2012 national survey of multi-cultural families” and multi-regression was used for analysis. This regression model include socio-economic factors in the control variables - sex, age, education, marital cohabitation, economic activities and living standards. Social networks, social discrimination and family relationships were used as independent variables. As a result of analysis socio-economic factors such as age, economic activities, standard of living, health status and life satisfaction have a significant impact on life satisfaction. In this model family relationships(β=.324), health status(β=.235), living standards(β=.149), social discrimination(β=-.081) have a relatively large influence on life satisfaction in multi-cultural families. Therefore, these factors should be cosidered as a priority in implementing the social welfare service policies in order to improve the life satisfaction of muli-cultural families.
