대학의 재능기부동아리 활동과 지역아동센터의 연계를 통한 지역사회 아동보호

Protection of Local Community’s Children through the Linkage of University Talent Donation Club Activities and Community Child Center

본 연구에서는 “대학의 재능기부동아리 활동을 통한 지역아동센터의 아동보호사업은 어떻게 효과적으로 운영되었으며, 이 사업에 참여한 사람들은 어떠한 경험을 했는가?”라는 연구 질문을 중심으로, 대학의 재능기부동아리 활동을 통한 지역아동센터의 아동보호 경험을 심층적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 분석기법으로서 내용분석방법을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 31개의 개념, 10개의 하위범주, 4개의 상위범주가 도출되었고 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 대학의 재능기부동아리 활동은 대학, 대학생, 지역아동센터의 이해관계가 적절하게 조합되어 실행된 사업으로 볼 수 있다. 하지만 서로가 서로를 필요로 하는 배경에서 시작된 재능기부동아리 사업은 동아리 학생들의 휴학 및 동아리 탈퇴, 엠티ㆍ중간고사 등 학교 행사와 동아리 활동의 중복, 지역아동센터의 바쁜 업무, 입장 차이에 따른 서운함, 지역아동센터의 담당자 변경 등과 같은 어려움으로 인해 많은 난관에 봉착하게 된다. 하지만 현실적인 장벽 앞에서 재능기부동아리 사업 이 성공적으로 운영될 수 있었던 가장 큰 요인은 전폭적 지원과 서로에 대한 배려였다. 마지막으로 재능기부동아리 사업에 참가한 대학-대학생-지역아동센터 세 주체의 경험을 정리해 보면, 이들 모두는 재능기부활동이 나름대로 의미 있는 경험이었다고 고백하고 있고, 더 열심히 하지 못한 것에 대해 후회하고 상대방에 대해 미안해하고 있으며, 이러한 보람과 미안함의 양가감정은 향후 지속될 재능기부동아리 사업의 발전을 위한 결심으로 이어지고 있다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 지역아동센터의 효과적인 아동보호를 위한 대학 재능기부동아리의 운영 방안을 제언하였다.

This study conducted an in-depth analysis on the community child centers’ protection experiences through university’s talent donation club activities focusing on the question of “how effectively community child centers’ child protection program has been operated through talent donation club activities, and what kind of experiences did participants of this program experienced?”. Accordingly, content analysis method was used in this study as its analysis method. As a result, 31 concepts, 10 lower categories and 4 upper categories were deduced and main results are as follow. First of all, talent donation club activities can be seen as a program implemented as a result of appropriate combination of the interests of universities, university students and community child centers. However, talent donation club program that began from the background of mutual need ends up facing many difficulties due to various reasons such as club member students leave of absence and withdrawal from club, overlap of school events and club activities, busy schedule of community child centers. However, the biggest reason why the talent donation club program was successfully operated in the midst of realistic barrier is because of full support and mutual consideration. Lastly, to summarize the experiences of the three agents of university - university students - community child centers that participated in the program, all three agents are confessing that talent donation activities were meaningful experiences while feeling sorry about the other party and regretting not having participated more actively. In addition, such ambivalent emotions of sense of fulfillment and regret are being continued on as a determination for advancement of talent donation club project that will continue on. Based on such study result, this study proposed an operational plan of universities’ talent donation club for effective children protection of local children centers.
