The Development of a Pictorial Fairness Test for Children

본 연구는 가정, 유아교육기관에서 성인과의 관계, 형제와의 관계, 또래와의 관계 속에서 유아의 공정성에 대한 인식과 수준을 알아보기 위한 그림 도구 개발의 기초연구이다. 유아 공정성 그림도구는 문헌고찰, 참여관찰, 전문가의 협의 등을 통해 선정한 유아의 생활과 연결된 딜레마 상황의 그림카드로 이루어져 있다. 이를 만 5세 유아 106명을 대상으로 면접을 실시하였으며, 가산점을 포함한 7점 척도로 점수화하였다. 유아면접을 실시한 결과, 유아 공정성의 하위요인은 상호작용에 관한 공정성, 절차에 관한 공정성, 분배에 관한 공정성, 권위에 관한 공정성 요인으로 4요인이었으며, 총 14문항으로 구성되었다. 본 척도의 신뢰도 범위는 .65에서 .75로 공정성 그림도구 전체 신뢰도는 86로 나타났다. 또한 모형적합도 지수는 NNFI=.873, CFI=.962, RMSEA=.053으로 유아 공정성을 알아보기 위한 척도로서 신뢰도와 모형적합도가 적절한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a valid and reliable a pictorial fairness test for 5-year-old children. Subjects of this study consisted of 106 children at kindergartens and daycare centers in Seoul and Kyeong Gi-Do. The Pictorial fairness Test for Children consisted of 14 items containing 4 factors: interactional, procedural, distributive justice and Authority. The results of this study were as follows: First the internal consistency reliability(Cronbach a) ranged from .65 to .75. Second the confirmatory factor analysis revealed that NNFI was .873, CFI was .962 RMSEA was .053 These results showed that the Pictorial fairness Test for Children was reliable and valid.
