협동조합 배경에 따른 공동육아협동조합 활용실태에 관한 연구

UN총회는 2012년 세계협동조합의 해로 지정하고 우리나라도 2012년 12월부터 협동조합기본법이 시행되고 있다. 이제는 공동육아 등의 새로운 사회복지 서비스가 등장하고 있다. 본 연구는 어린이집의 공동육아협동조합은 가족들이 모여 공동체라는 사회를 만들고 공동체의 지원을 통한 개별 양육의 부담을 줄이게 된다. 개별가족은 적극적 공동체에 참여하여 공동체의 역량을 키우게 되며 공동체의 발전은 나아가 양질의 보육을 가능하게 한다. 여기에 협동조합의 7대 원칙인 조합원의 자발적 개방, 민주적 관리, 경제적 참여, 자율과 독립, 교육 훈련 정보제공, 조합 간 협동, 지역사회 기여를 내용으로 연구하였다. 연구결과 회원의 협력, 조합의 자율과 개방, 지역사회의 상호 이해가 이루어질 수 있는 다양한 요구가 필요하였다.
