부의 양육참여와 모의 양육신념이 모의 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향

Influential Factors toward Mother's Rearing Stress Affected by Father's Child-rearing Involvement and Mother's Beliefs; Focused on Mediating effect of Community Environment

본 연구에서는 영유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니들의 양육스트레스가 어느 정도인지 그 실태를 파악한 후, 부의 양육참여와 모의 양육신념이 모의 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이들 관계에서 지역사회의 환경의 매개효과를 검증함에 따라 모의 양육 스트레스 완화할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 한국아동패널 5차년도 조사에 참여한 어머니 중, 모의 양육신념, 부의 양육참여, 지역사회환경, 모의 양육스트레스에 관련된 문항에 충실히 응답한 대상으로 유의표집하여 1,572명을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 첫째, 부의 양육참여와 모의 양육신념은 지역사회환경에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부의 양육참여는 모의 양육스트레스에 긍정적인 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 모의 양육신념에 따른 모의 양육스트레스를 알아본 본 결과 직접적인 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지역사회환경은 모의 양육스트레스에 긍정적인 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 지역사회환경을 매개로 검증한 결과 부의 양육참여와 모의 양육신념은 모의 양육스트레스에 직접적인 영향뿐만 아니라 지역사회환경을 매개로 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 자녀를 양육하는 모의 양육스트레스를 완화하기 위한 정책적 함의를 제언하였다.

The purpose of this research was to identify a degree of rearing stress of mothers who take care of infancy and young children, to analyze the analysis an influence toward mother's rearing stress by father's child-rearing involvement and mother's beliefs, and to find a solution to relieve mother's rearing stress with mediating effect of community environment. By the purposive sampling method, a total of 1,572 mothers participating in the fifth year survey of Panel Study on Korean Children were selected, who answered all questions related to mother's beliefs, father's child-rearing involvement, community environment, and mother's rearing stress. The result of this research were as follows. First, Father's child-rearing involvement and mother's beliefs influence the community environment in positive way. Second, father's child-rearing involvement has a straightforward and positive influence on mother's rearing stress. Third, mother's beliefs directly affects mother's rearing stress. Fourth, community environment has advantageous and direct impact on mother's rearing stress. Fifth, by mediating with community environment, father's child-rearing involvement and mother's beliefs influence mother's rearing stress not only a directly way but also a indirect way. With those result of this study, the researchers suggested policy implications to alleviate mother's rearing stress
