An Action Research for the Development of Educational Program of Using Synthesis of Taxonomic & Componential Analysis for the Construction of Questionnaire Items

이 연구에서는‘여러 명의 연구 참여자를 대상으로 실시한 분류체계/성분분석 결과를 통합하는 분석을 실시하고 그 결과를 설문조사 문항으로 발전시키는 방법’을 개발하였다. 이와 함께 이 연구방법의 교육 프로그램까지 개발하기 위하여 예비조사 단계에서의 4년간의 15회의 워크숍과 본 연구 단계에서의 5회의 워크숍을 실시하면서 개선해나가는 실행연구(action research)를 실시하였다. 이 과정에서 참여관찰과 심층면담, 설문조사 등을 실시하여 2009년에 1차 개발되었던 강의 자료의 수정과 보완이 이루어졌으며, 새로운 집단면담 방식의 실습자료와 사례제시용 설문지가 개발되었다. 또한 각 워크숍 참여자(총 116명)의 실습 결과를 분석하여, 집단 별로 통합적인 비교분석표를 제시하는 예시자료를 개발하였다.

This study developed a new research method to synthesize many informants' taxonomy and component of each category of the taxonomy, while constructing questionnaire items based on the result of the synthesis. Through an action research, this study also developed an educational program to teach this research method. The educational program has been refined continuously through 20 workshops during four years of the pilot study phase and four workshops during the main research phase. For the improvement of educational program, participant observation was conducted during these workshops and feedback from participants were collected through interviews and questionnaire surveys. As a result, a set of PPT lecture slides, training material for practice and a questionnaire for practice were developed.
