사물인터넷에 관한 국외 정책 및 사례연구를 통한 한국의 녹색성장 방안에 관한 연구

A Study on Korean Green Growth Ways through the Research of Overseas Policy and Case Study about Internet of Things

연구목적: 사물인터넷은 융ㆍ복합시대에 무궁무진한 개발가능성을 가진 기술로 급부상하고 있으며 세계 각국에서도 초연결사회를 실현하고자 사물인터넷 기술에 관심을 가지고 있다. 우리나라도 창조경제 실현을 위해 사물인터넷 산업을 적극적으로 육성하고 있으나 아직 그 발전수준이 선진국에 비해서 미비한 수준이다. 따라서 본 논문은 사물인터넷에 대한 주변국의 정책현황과 사례에 관한 연구를 통하여 한국의 녹색성장 방안을 제시함으로써 IoT산업의 발전과 더 나아가 무역물류산업의 발전에 기여하고자 한다. 논문구성/논리: 본 논문에서는 유럽, 미국, 중국, 일본과 같은 주요국의 사물인터넷 관련 정책과 사례연구에 대한 문헌연구를 토대로 사물인터넷 기술에 대한 동향을 분석하여 녹색성장차원에서 한국의 대응방안을 제시하였다. 결과: 세계 여러 국가의 사물인터넷에 관한 정책과 적용 사례 분석을 통해 사물인터넷 산업의 선두국가는 미국과 유럽임을 알 수 있다. 중국은 정부차원에서 많은 자본을 투입하여 개발하고 있지만 인프라 구축이 미비하여 기대효과에 미치지 못하고 있다. 한국은 선진국에 비해 적용수준이나 개발정도가 뒤쳐져 있지만 정부의 육성정책으로 성장이 기대된다. 녹색성장 차원에서 한국의 사물인터넷 발전을 위해서는 표준보안 가이드라인 마련, 이동통신사들과의 협력 증대, 산업별 IoT기술 R&D 활성화를 위한 대책 및 지원 마련, IoT기술을 통한 녹색물류 성장 방안 마련이 필요하다. 독창성/가치: 본 연구는 사물인터넷 산업이라는 주제로 국가별 정책과 사례연구를 통한 한국의 녹색성장 방안을 도출해보고자 하였다. 그러나 사물인터넷이라는 개념이 아직 국내에서는 생소한 개념이고 사물인터넷에 관한 기존의 연구는 기술과 사례분석에만 초점을 맞추고 있기 때문에 무역ㆍ물류 학계에서 이루어지는 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구는 사물인터넷을 녹색성장 방안으로 제시하고 녹색물류 차원에서 대응방안을 제시하고 있으며 또한 이와 관련하여 앞으로 많은 방향으로 연구를 진행할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

Purpose: Internet of Things(IoT) is the fastest growing technology with development possibility in the era of convergence and all countries of the world is concerned about IoT to realize Hyper Connected Society. Although Korea promotes IoT industry for realization of creative economy, development level is incomplete in comparison with advanced countries. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to contribute to the development of IoT industry and Trade-Logistics industry by providing Korean green growth ways through the study of neighboring countries' political present conditions and cases. Composition/Logic: This paper, based on literature research about research of overseas policy and case study of countries such as Europe, USA, China, Japan, analyzes the trend of IoT technology and presents Korean green growth ways for IoT. Findings: Through the policy and case study about IoT for many countries, we know the leading countries of IoT are USA and Europe. In China, even though the government has been developing IoT with lots of capital, it didn't get expected effect because of the lack of infrastructure construction. To develop and promote Korean IoT industry, it needs standard security guideline arrangement, increased cooperation with mobile carriers, preparation of countermeasures and supports to vitalize of IoT technique R&D, and preparation for green logistics growth ways through IoT technology in the green growth. Originality/Value: This paper tried to draw Korean green growth ways through overseas policy and case study about IoT industry. However, the concept of IoT is unfamiliar in Korea and existing research are focused only on the technology and case study. So there are no IoT research in trade and logistics academic fields. This paper presents green growth ways with IoT and suggests countermeasures in the green growth. Further, we believe the future research of IoT could be carried out in many different ways.
