미래의 경찰자원이라고 할 수 있는 경찰행정학을 전공하는 대학생들의 경찰에 대한 태도는 경찰조직의 정체성과 경찰이미지를 형성하는데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구의 목적은 경찰행정학 전공대학생들의 경찰에 대한 태도를 측정하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 문헌연구를 통하여 이론적 배경과 연구분석의 틀을 형성하고 실증적 연구에서는 설문조사를 이용하여 다양한 분석기법을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결론을 요약하면 경찰에 대한 태도가 경찰입직의도에 부분적으로 영향을 미치고, 경찰행정학을 전공하는 학생들의 경찰입직의도가 상당히 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 즉 경찰에 대한 태도가 경찰입직의도에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있음이 검증되었다.
The purpose of this study is measurement of student of Department of police administration about attitude to the police. It will be useful to establish a direction of education by measurement of attitude to the police of university students had a intention of application. The method of this study is a questionnaire survey to the 430university student. In this study, introduce the theoretical background at the ChapterⅡ, ChapterⅢ is considered by analysis method of study, result and discussion at the ChapterⅣ, conclusion and summary at the Chapter Ⅴ. As the result of this study, attitude to the police of university students particularly influence on intention of application, and it is proved that intention of application of the Department of Police Administration's student are higher.
