Countermeasures of Taekwondo World in Response to the Rapid Changes in Teakwondo Studio Management Environment, including Low Birthrate and Aging Issues in Modern Society

21st century is an age in which new and daunting challenges of low birthrate and aging society has surfaced. Many problematic issues surfaced rapidly in the unstable context in which it is difficult to find so-called, "Middle Generation." The older generation can never understand this situation. It is because they had witnessed a strong drive from the Korean government to encourage families to have only one child, due to the overpopulation problem. Along with it, the current reality is that Taekwondo studios in this nation are closing down due to the lack of taekwondo trainees who are like falling leaves in autumn season. This author as a man of Taekwondo martial art deeply feels this urgent and distressing situation in which a countermeasure must be brought forth to meet the two generations who reside with challenges of low birthrate and rapidly aging generation.
