1인당 국민소득 1만불시점의 한ㆍ일 민간경비산업 비교 연구

A Comparative Study of Private Security Industry Between Korea and Japan in the Viewpoint of 10,000 Dollar Income Per Person

본 연구에서는 국민소득 1만달러 시점을 중심으로 한ㆍ일 양국의 민간경비산업을 민간경비 산업의 내적ㆍ외적 항목을 기준으로 비교 분석하였다. 먼저, 내적 비교 항목으로는 민간경비산업 규모, 경비인원별 업체 현황, 경비협회 현황, 자격 및 검정제도, 경비원 교육제도, 경비료, 경비업계 매출액, 기타로 구분하여 분석하였다. 그리고 외적 비교 항목으로는 주요 경제지표, 경찰현황, 인구 10만명당 범죄발생 건수, 소득 수준과 경비업법 제정시기, 소득수준 변화 추이에 따른 민간경비산업 등을 기준으로 분석하였다.

This study analyzed Korea and Japan private security industry with its internal and external items in the viewpoint of their GNP being 10,000 dollar per person. Internal items of private security are the size of private security industry, the present condition of security companies and of security associations, certification and identification institute, guard education, payment of security, security industry income and so on. And, external items are major economic index, the present condition of police, the number of cases of crime per population of 100,000, income and period of enacting security laws, private security industry through change of income, etc.
