Eight isatin N-Mannich bases were synthesized and tested their antimicrobial and antitumor activities. N-Piperidinomethylisatin-(N-cyclohexyl)-thiosemicarbazone is active against St. aureus at 10mcg/disk and isatin thiosemicarbazone against P.chrysogenum at 10mcg/disk.
