통합적 독서치료프로그램이 유아의 정서지능 향상에 미치는 효과

The effects of integrated bibliotherapy program on children's emotional intelligence -focusing on interactions between child care teacher and young children-

유아는 성장ㆍ발달해가는 과정에서 유아를 둘러싼 환경에 적응하면서 어려움을 겪기도 하고 정서적ㆍ사회적 적응을 해 나가는데 있어 문제행동을 보이게 된다. 이러한 유아의 발달단계에서 나타날 수 있는 문제행동을 해결하기 위하여 효과적인 치료적 접근방법으로 독서치료가 알려지고 있다. 이 연구는 인간의 기본적인 정서발달이 이루어지는 유아기에 당면하는 정서적 문제를 보육교사와 유아의 상호작용을 중심으로 통합적 독서치료 프로그램을 실시하였을 때 정서지능에 어떤 영향이 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였으며, 실험집단 5명, 통제집단 5명에 대한 결과에 대하여 비모수 통계기법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 독서치료 전 동일하던 두 집단에서 실험집단의 독서치료 후 유의하게 유아행동의 개선효과가 나타났으며, 사후검정에서 두 집단간의 유의한 타인조절능력 점수차이가 보임으로써 독서치료는 자기인식능력 및 자기조절능력, 타인인식능력, 타인조절능력 개선에 유의한 관계가 있음이 입증되었다.

Young children have difficulty in adapting to the environment surrounding them in the process of their growth and development, and show problem behaviors when they make emotional and social adjustment. It is known that bibliotherapy is an effective approach to solve these behaviors that might be appeared in the developmental stage of young children. This study carries out an integrated bibliotherapy program focusing on the interactions between child care teachers and young children about the emotional problem in early childhood in which the basic emotional development of human is made. Through this program, it is purposed to see the effects on emotional intelligence, and used nonparametric statistics on the result of experimental and control group comprised of each five members. As a result of this study, among the two group which was equivalent before bibliotherapy, the experimental group has had a meaningful improvement in the young children's behavior after bibliotherapy. In addition, Showing that they have a gap in the score of regulation skills over others between the two groups in back testing, it is proved that bibliotherapy has relations to the improvement of awareness and regulation skills over self and others.
