사회적기업의 성과에 미치는 요인 분석

An Empirical Analysis on the Performance Factors of Social Enterprises in Korea:Focusing on area of Gangwon-do

본 연구는 본 연구는 사회적기업의 지속가능한 경제활동을 가능하게 하는 경제 적 성과 사회적 성과에 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 주 된 관심은 2007년 사회적기업 인증 이후에 사회적기업의 지속적인 성장에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인을 확인하는 것이다. 연구에 사용된 독립변수는 사회적 기업가 정신요인, 조직역량요인, 재정역량요인, 정부지원요인, 지역사회지원요인이며, 종 속변수는 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과이다. 분석결과 선행연구에서와 비슷하게 대부 분의 독립변수가 성과요인에 정(+)의 효과를 보여주었다. 하지만 사회적 기업가정 신과 지역사회 지원은 경제적 성과에 영향을 미치지 못하고 있으며, 또한 조직역량 과 지역사회지원 요인은 사회적 성과에 유의미한 부(-)의 효과를 주고 있다. 사회 적기업의 성장을 위한 시사점은 첫째, 기업 운영조차도 미숙한 사회적기업들이 내 부역량의 강화와 경영능력의 향상을 위하여 노력해야 한다. 둘째, 사회적기업 정책 은 양적 성장에 초점을 맞추지 말고 질적 성장도 함께 전념되어야 한다. 셋째, 사회 적기업가를 육성하는 설명회나 세미나에서 사회적기업가 정신을 고양시키기 위한 적절한 투자와 정책이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 넷째, 사회적기업에 대한 모든 지원 이 끝나면 최소한 해당 기업의 운영 점검을 위한 적절한 방문 점검이 필요하다.

This study aims at analysing economic and social performance factors and variables for the sustainability of social enterprises in Korea. We used social entrepreneurships, organizational capacities, financial capacities, governmental assistances, local community assistances as indepenant vairables. And the performances of social enterprise are composed of economic and social performance factors. The results of this study are as follow. Most idependent variables have a positive influences. But social entrepreneurships and local community assistances don’t have influences to economic performances and organizational capacities and local community assistances have negative influences to social performances. This study recommendates such as; First, soical enterprise in Korea need to foster internal and external capacities for their sustainability. Second, Korean government has to focuse on quantiitative and qualitative development of social enterprises together. Third, Korean governemnt invests to raise social entrepreneurs through active educations and has a monitering system.
