Present Status and Development Directions for Upbringing Full-time Young Farmers

The objectives of this study were to identify preset status of services for upbringing young farmers, and to suggest development directions for upbringing full-time young farmers in Korea. The t status of services for upbringing full-time young is was not sufficient, and needed to be improved. The future development directions suggested by the researchers was : 1) to build integrated upbringing service policy ; 2) to systematize upbringing services ; 3) to share the roles of institutions that concerned with the service ; and 4) to reinforce and coordinate activities of various organizations for upbringing full-time young farmers.
