This study was focused on the ethical dilemmas of fire fighters in Korea. There was no research on ethical dilemmas and experience of fire fighters and paramedics(emergency medical technician, EMT) in Korea. So I am going to survey this ethical problems through questionnaires and propose the basic data for the legal and ethical solutions.
