Online Issues and Rising-Up of the Pirate Party

이글은 틈새정당을 기반으로 한 무당파층의 정치세력화동향을 고찰한다. 최근 해적당의 발원지인 스웨덴에서 해적당의 퇴조가 역력하고 비판자들에 의해 취미 정당으로 폄하되는 한계가나타나고있지만, 세계적 차원에서는 여전히 약진세가꺾이지 않고 온라인이 슈가 확산되고 있기 때문에 분석의 필요성이 제기된다. 또한 과거산업화시대에 수많은 틈새정당이 명멸해온 가운데, 정보사회등장이후 시험대에 오른 해적당의 실험이 어떤 결과를 낳을 것인지도 탐문의 여지가 크다. 이 글은 크게 세가지 질문을 고찰하는데 목표를 둔다. 첫째, 해적당의 지지기반과 조직운영특징이다. 둘째, 해적당의 정치세력화특징과 효과이다. 셋째, 해적당의 정치적 지속성전망과 그것이 한국정치에 던져주는 함의이다. 특히 이에 대해서는 해적당의 성장과 퇴조가 교차하고 있는 독일과 스웨덴의 비교를 통하여, 해적당과 같은 무당파 정당운동이 지속성을 가질 수 있는 조건을 고민하고자 한다.

This research is to examine the world wide rising-up of nonpartisan in the case of the Pirate Party. Recently the Pirate Party in Sweden has rapidly declined, and it has been disparaged as a hobby party by critics, Nevertheless, Pirate Party continues to grow and online issue is spreading globally. So the analysis of the Pirate Party phenomenon is required. In this respect, this research aims to explore three main questions. Firstly, the supporting base and organization characteristic of the Pirate Party is analyzed. Secondly, Its features and effects of political rising-up is analyzed. Thirdly, Its prospect in the global level and implications to the South Korean politics is analyzed.
