2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 3-4학년 음악교과서 국악 영역 분석 연구

The Analysis of Korean Traditional Music in Music Textbook based on the 2009 Educational -Curriculum Revision Focusing on the Textbooks for 3-4th Grade-

본 연구에서는 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 3-4학년 음악 교과서 6종 내용 중 국악 부분의 제재곡과 활동 내용을 기준으로 제재곡의 종류와 비율, 교과서별 국악 비중, 민요 토리별 비중을 알아보았다. 2009개정 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 3-4학년 음악교과서에서 국악의 평균 비중은 32.3%로 나타났다. 이 중 '지학'에서 제시된 국악 내용의 비중이 41.2%로 가장 높았으며, '미래'는 24.2%로 가장 낮았다. 교육과정 내용 체계에 따른 국악의 비중은 표현 영역이 평균 72.9%로 가장 높았으며, 감상영역은 19.2%, 생활화 영역은 7.9%로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 그리고 6종 교과서에 수록된 악곡의 종류를 영역별로 분석한 결과, 표현 영역의 악곡수는 모두 63곡이며, 이 중 민속악은 53곡, 창작 국악은 10곡이었으며, 정악은 한 곡도 없었다. 표현 영역에 수록된 가창곡에는 전래동요가 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 민요 중에서는 육자배기 토리 민요가 40%이상을 차지하고 있다. 그리고 감상 영역의 제재곡은 모두 37곡이 제시되어 있으며, 정악과 궁중 무용이 20%, 민속악이나 민속무용, 민속놀이 등이 54.3%, 창작국악이나 신무용이 25.7%로 민속악의 비중이 가장 높게 나타났다. 감상 영역에서 민요의 지역별 분포는 메나리 토리와 육자배기 토리가 가장 많았으며, 전체의 70% 정도 차지하였다. 생활화 영역에서도 악곡 대부분이 민속악이거나 민속악을 편곡한 곡이며, 활동 내용은 특정 제재곡에 국한되지 않고 있다. 이와 같이 초등학교 3-4학년 음악 교과서에는 민속악이 주류를 이루고 있으며, 표현 영역의 비중이 가장 높았고, 민요 토리는 메나리 토리와 육자배기 토리가 주를 이루고 있다.

In this study, I analyze the proportion of Korean Traditional Music in Elementary schools' music textbooks for 3-4 graders, based on the 2009 Educational Curriculum Revision. There are 6 types of textbooks and many different songs and activities are in there. The proportion of the Korean Traditional Music in 3-4 grade textbooks is different from the textbooks, but the average proportion is 32.3%. According to the curriculum, I analyze the proportion of the music parts in the textbook. The music expression part is 72.9 % in the book, listening part is 19.2%, and the practising part is 7.9%, so the music expression has the greatest part in the textbook. Also, I analyze the number and the kinds of songs in each parts, 63 songs are in the music expression part, and 37 songs are in the listening part. In music expression part, 53 songs are Fork songs, 10 songs are New traditional music of Korea, and Korean classical music is nonexistent. In listening of music part, Korean classical music is 20%, Fork song is 54.3%, New traditional music of Korea is 25.7%. In practising parts, most songs are Fork songs and activities are diverse.
