폭설 위험요인의 지역 유형화를 통한 설해 저감방안 연구

A Study on Mitigation Measure by Classification of Areas based on Risk Factors of Snowfall

본 연구는 설해에 대한 연구지역의 특성 및 유형을 알아보고 유형별 차별적 설해저감대책을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 우선 기존 문헌연구와 연구지역의 과거 사례를 조사하여 설해와 관련된 변수를 선정하고 주성분분석을 통해 요인들을 추출하였다. 고유값이 0.9이상인 3개의 요인들은 물리적, 적응적 그리고 사회적 특성으로 특징지을 수 있었다. 이들 요인득점을 이용하여 지역단위별 유형화를 실시하고 군집된 유형별 요인특성에 따른 차별적 설해저감대책을 제시하였다.

Recently, Busan Metropolitan City has experienced unexpected snow damage and there is a growing need for mitigation measures to snow damage. This paper classifies Dongs(administrative divisions of South Korea) in the study area based on damage due to snow on the road. The method of this study is as follows: First, it carries out principal component analysis using variables related to dam-age due to snow on the road. Second, it conducts cluster analysis to classify Dongs in Busan Metropolitan City. Finally, it proposes differential measures for each Dongs for Snow Damage mitigation based on Snow Risk Factors.
